COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT PLAN (M&R):  If renter selects “YES” under the M&R section of the rental application then renter has agreed to enroll in the M&R program and pay the associated monthly service fee in addition to the rental amount.  In doing so, TBO agrees to perform reasonable repairs and maintenance services to the rented instrument without any additional charge to Renter.  In such case that the instrument becomes lost due to fire, or forced entry theft, TBO will replaced it with an instrument of similar likeness and condition without loss of rental credit when a payment equal to 35% of the “PURCHASE VALUE” and appropriate police/fire report are presented to TBO by renter.  Should the instrument or any of its parts become damaged beyond reasonable repair, damaged due to neglect/misuse, or lost due to reasons other than those specifically listed, renter will be responsible for the cost of all repairs and/or replacement not to exceed the “PURCHASE VALUE”.  Such determination will be made by TBO at its sole discretion.  If renter selects “NO” or the M&R fees are not paid current, renter is financially responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction from any cause whatsoever and agrees to pay TBO either the full “PURCHASE VALUE” or if repairable, the reasonable cost of repair which must be done by TBO.

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF INSTUMENT DUE TO IMPROPER OR CARELESS STORAGE IN AN UNSECURED LOCATION, MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE, DAMAGE FROM REPAIR BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS, ARSON, VANDALISM, INTENTIONAL ABUSE, AND MASS/PUBLIC CATASTROPHE NEGATE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT BY TBO.
