COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT PLAN (M&R): (OPTIONAL): TBO agrees to provide routine maintenance at no additional charge for parts or labor in the event that an instrument is deteriorates in performance for reasons other than misuse or neglect as determined by a TBO representative. TBO agrees to repair or replace, at our discretion, a student level instrument with a like instrument from our current inventory if the instrument is damaged due to fire or lost due to theft by forced entry when provided with an appropriate fire or police report listing the loss. Fire or Police reports must be filed within 24 hours of the incident and a copy sent to Taylor Band & Orchestra Inc., 2526 Wedgewood Drive, Akron, OH 44312. All repairs and adjustments must be completed by a TBO certified technician. In the event the M&R fees are not paid current, Renter is fully responsible for the loss, damage or destruction from any cause whatsoever and agrees to pay TBO either the fair market value or if repairable, the reasonable cost of repair which must be done by TBO. M&R plans left un-paid for more than (30) days will only be re-instated when all past due M&R fees are paid and a physical inspection is performed by a TBO certified technician. This agreement does not cover partial loss/damage of accessories such as bows, mouthpieces, stands, ligatures, drum sticks, sponges, cases, reeds, drum pads, or heads.

LOSS OR DAMAGE OF INSTRUMENT DUE TO IMPROPER OR CARELESS STORAGE IN AN UNSECURED LOCATION, MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE, DAMAGE FROM REPAIR BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS, ARSON, VANDALISM, INTENTIONAL ABUSE, AND MASS/PUBLIC CATASTROPHE NEGATE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT BY TBO.
